    I find it amazing that just about every toll road operator had wildly optimistic traffic forecasts in their business plan assumptions. see Fin Review P42 Friday 1/10. One wonders if they reverse engineered the number by plugging a beautiful profit number into their model and THEN working out what traffic level was needed to achieve that profit figure. Alway worked out great in companies I worked at when people were trying to get their Capex plan passed!!
