I don't understand how they can give themselves pay rise of 30%...

I don't understand how they can give themselves pay rise of 30% when the business turnover is down in another tax loss year!

One thing i do understand though. With that sort of pay rise, $15K spp full entitlement is nothing.

There is no guidance for the 2012 outlook. Have i overlooked this or they don't have the gut to tell us that 2012 will be another tax loss year!
