what I really liked from the accounts is:

approx owing on the plant = $20 mil
Steel fabrication for plant = $13.3 mil
Crusher - due in December = $10 mil

total $43.3 mil

In the bank about $127 mil

I know there will be construction cost for the steel work, foundations for the crusher & plant, & earth works, etc

But Hell, we will have approx $83,700,000 to pay for it.

NOW, how much more will we Need ??????
