Hello KT do you not think he missed several important facts and reasons behind the figures. I believe and posted reasons why I thought the raw numbers and selective grabs were highly misleading. Mostly in relation to the quarterly income and weekly cash flow nature of Laverton at present.
I still have a little to clear up and will get back on that.
We shall see if you are correct in changing your view when the quarterly comes out and the income is in from BGSM and retained earnings resulting from the monetizing of development KT. I think you have caved your view a little too quickly - just my opinion.
