MBT is an interesting one. It will have a conversion of 433 shares to one MBT share if/when the convertible note holders convert. There is currently 10,870,275 shares on offer. On conversion, there will be 4,706,829,075 shares on offer. I note there are re-capitalisation thoughts, and perhaps further discussions with note holders to come. So, a $4.7m market cap @ .001, or more as she goes up in share price. At .005- today's price- the market cap of MBT would be $23,534,145 upon conversion. No debt then, but a serious amount of shares on offer. It will all depend on how they go in their court cases.
