I thought our CEO Perry appeared pretty optimistic in his annual report comments e.g.

in regard to Rock "Volumes are increasing as commodity prices trend back upwards."

Within construction "Early signs of increasing Government infrastructure expenditure"

Dam work "Continue to expect opportunities for dam strengthening and rehabilitation"

Civil work "Anticipate solid growth for the civil division."

For a company selling at less than half its NTA, a PE of around 8.7 and the divi yield of 8.5 fully franked, this stock continues to be in my value group.
