The shares issued to the vendors are escrowed.
50% of them for 12 months and the other 50% for 24 months.
30th September 2014 is the commencement date of the escrow stock.

ps. Have you received your Dividend yet? Although from memory I think it was supposed to be out on the 15th October, so maybe a few days to go.
