Id be very surprised if it didn't break that given the accounts qualification which removes all speculation about what is needed to remain a going concern. It just needs capital, simple, and I don't think WM will be able to do it at a higher price than the SP because the accounts are crystal clear.

It also wouldn't surprise me given his previous history to see it go into a trading halt before it slides too much, but maybe times have changed
