Another point of interest I spotted on page 8. Don't know if this is a standard practice in most companies.
INDEMNIFYING DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
During or since the end of the financial year, the company paid $14,345 to insure all involved in the company against any liability arising from a claim brought by a third party against the Company.
