Unfortunately that 'profit' was only achieved by selling off assets, which isn't a viable way to perpetually run a business. Operationally they still made a loss, with revenues lower than last year, with similar expenses, so it's gotten worse in the past year.
Selling off assets was necessary to bring some cash in to cover those losses. But cash is also down in spite of that.
