In other words... we're not going to tell you anything, we know we're obliged to,,,except we've been advised that ....unless doing so would look bad.

Surely if the "information is likley to result in unreasonable prejudice" is it not likely that any such prejudice would indeed by completely reasonable ?

Absurd.

We can't tell you anything, because if we do you might not like it, actually we know you won't, so it wouldn't be fair, therefore we are exempt from our obligation to provide shareholders with any known information when requested because....you wouldn't like what we tell you, we're certain, so therefore we don't have to tell you anything.

If onyl I could "reasonably" write all the adjectives in my head right now.....
