Increase in Payables to >$1.2 mill (from $160k) is puzzling - how much is attributed to BG Group's claim?
Rent expense of $195k seems exorbitant
Significant increase in audit fees could indicate contentious accounting issues despite "clean" audit report. Going concern issue or squabble over write down of Exploration assets - who knows?
