Clearly...the consolidation vote will most likely go through due to
the "unlocking" of the potential "land locked' shares held within
the majority Top 20..this has nothing to do with shareholder value but purely
a "get out of jail"..card for those wanting to escape the total non
return ideology that has engulfed management over the last 5-10yrs
