Henry...what staggers me is total complacency of shareholders here..
e.g no shareholders attended last years AGM.....not only that shareholders
missed an opportunity to start cleaning out existing Board/management.

And so it comes around again. Here we have Neil.. up for re-election..
a Non Exec. Board member for 9 years..collecting annual Board fee of some 10's
of thousands..now over last 12 mths appointed 'part time" GM along with his
ongoing obligations as a Director at Nextec[nextec.com.au]..which is a Tech.
based Co..with focus on "start ups"...nothing to do with Solar...check out
AFT Qtrly. income since taking over managing business..It just does not work..
the trading figures speak for themselves...

AFT desperately needs a committed full time management with shareholder interests
at heart...plus a clear focus on what is needed to attract investor interest at
ASX level...even if it means, like other Listed Co's,importing talent..
