It's basically a one-man band and using the ASX as a means to raise money from time to time. Benefit of a public listed company.
As long as the listing fees are same or less than capital raising, the boss is happy.
I recall an ann a few years ago, informing that the company was expecting to make a profit (no details were provided). Shares shot up only to be sold back quickly (probably by you-know-who).
