I for one would be happy to "jump ship'..on this one as perhaps our
hapless GM would be who at a, 40,000,000 share holding{less than me}
may also be tempted after collecting perhaps at least $150,000/200,000
for Board appearance Fees..not to mention what appears to be an additional .
"care and maintenance" fee of $70,000 p.a..as G.M..

Suggest shareholders query with Neil's fellow Directors at Nextec
potential/possible conflicts of interest....maybe..trying to do 2 jobs at once.
particularily when Nextec has some adversion to listed ASX stocks
within its Growth Portfolio...??
