While that is a positive, the negative was the following paragraph (page 5 in italics below) which suggests they are a long way from getting a JV partner onboard: In order to develop the project Greenpower will need to raise finance and or issue equity to provide sufficient funding to build the plant. Greenpower is also actively reviewing and applying for available Government initiatives including Grants and engaging Research and Development consultants to assist in compliance and application for research and development refunds.
As I suffer from insomniac that not even my beloved VB can address the report almost did send me to sleep, however. Actually, there were some positives and negatives in the report, so that was also a positive as I would be very very weary of any report this side of the spec market that only had positives in it. All IMO
