I won't dribble on with all the bad news, as it's clearly there for all to read. What I will direct you to is the Acuity financing arrangement.

Lanstead is out, after profiting from a year of pump and dumps, continued selling pressure hedged with short positions. Well played, they'll get their bonuses.

These agreements are never good news for long term holders. Traders maybe, if you're quick on the trigger. But these complex financing instruments are used by companies in distress, that can't raise money through traditional offerings.

These financiers aren't a charity, they'll get their profits through eroding share prices and unsuspecting punters if they need to.

Flip side for them, if the SP does rise. They'll make even more selling hard into that, also with hedging shorts in place.

It's a win/win for financier, lose/lose for LT holders. How is it legal? Well to strengthen balance sheets and prevent insolvency. That's how the regulators allow it, in all their wisdom.

Please mate, check it out so you at least understand what you're in for. Look at the chart over the past year and you'll see Lanstead at work. It's Acuity now and they're no different, currently your #3 holder btw and looking poised.
