Thanks for the critical analysis and some interesting points have been raised.

As an investor, I'm not sure I can agree with all your views as LIT has also moved into other areas of value adding for battery production and recycling. However, the coming year should be a turning point for junior lithium related companies and we need results.

Firstly, I'm not telling anyone if I re-purchased some LPD recently, due to, some bad feedback on the LPD thread. It appears the market did not like a full takeover of LPD by LIT, since the LIT share price rebounded after the takeover was withdrawn. Most investors appear confident with LIT moving into other areas of development.

Despite the LPD rivalry with LIT, LMax could soon prove to be an interesting area of development for LIT. LIT has 15% and 3 LMax licences (1x in WA and 2x overseas areas). BHP is also bullish about renewable energy materials and recently said that 2017 is going to be the turning point for EVs and growth in this area should grow fast over the next decade, etc.

Lithium battery recycling is a specialised area. Generally, I do not know many metal recycling companies that find it hard to make a profit. Metal recyclers appear to do well in good times. A few struggle occasionally for some reason, but (generally good management) always seem to get out of trouble or have good value for potential buyers.

Investing is always speculative and involves some risks, but lets see what happens.
