I agree Seth, IMHO there are still too many unknown variables to buy in at this price:

1. Performance of the POG (I think it will go up but still an uncertainty)
2. Obviously the dispute
3. Performance of the mine (lots of potential but risks of 2. could make it academic)
4. Ability to raise more capital given the current SP

I have sold now and will be waiting patiently in the wings for a good entry point. Unfortunately my horse died, Esh you win buddy.

Heaps of potential here if they have the cash to mitigate the risks. This is the ultimate factor.
