Non Executive Director generated in $169,000 in legal fees plus A$60,000 in Directors fees, going concern flagged and the accounts are signed off by the only Executive Director as a Non Executive Director.
No wonder the ASX are giving them a hard time, if they can't even get simple legal documents correct
