btw they do NOT need any more licenses to do work on SJ, a project RM said would be in production by April 2017. They have a PL, they can drill and do any pre-mining studies they want. Isn't that what cap raisings are supposed to be used for? In your eyes I guess not.

every cap raising comes with the statement that the money is for the "development of the Isabel project". Nothing spent on drilling anywhere. At least RM should be honest and say the money is solely for wages, business class trips and consultants
