Going concern note strengthens my opinion mentioned in few of my prior posts: Company is not for sale at this point in time because no pharma will ever offer what management believes is the right price or the impossibility to find out the right price or simply management's decision that company is not for sale now.
This "right price" is difficult to calculate because of few reasons:
1) NNZ2591 pricing calculation versus its future revenue projections in unmet conditions
2) Trofinetide future revenue projection in addition to Rett (like FX, autism spectrum disorder, etc)
3) The reluctance of big pharmas to pay premiums at least 4-5 times over current price, considering other deals in the past
Whoever thinks that Dr.T/LW will gift the company for $10/share or less just because such a price is your desired price to sell out should reconsider his/her option, in my opinion, because of a possible scenario which implies a CR and risks
taken going alone to P3.
(risks are minimal in my opinion considering FDA being in the same boat with Neuren for a fast marketing approval)
So the options on the table remain, in my opinion, a partnership/deal with a big pharma (which include NNZ2591 clauses) or a CR (CR does not mean going to the brokers - it means finding a partner(s) who believe in the story and the future of trofinetide/NNZ2591 and pay for the P3 - I don't rule out Lang Walker being one of the partners considering his wealth)
