The biggest concern is that they didn't deem it necessary to explain why they are coming in under their previous guidance. That speaks volumes about the management of this company.
The certainly seem to be doing everything in their power to make the $6.60 offer look as good as possible. If I was a holder, I'd be happy to take $6.60 given the premium it now offers.
