However, the latter does have a considerable hidden cost - time to carry out and skills required. It will indeed take considerable effort and no little skill on the part of Painchek for the apps apparent effectiveness and overall cost saving to be fully appreciated by the age care sector, with rapid take up only taking place once this has been achieved. It's my expectation that parents of new born children will adopt it much more quickly.

I have always thought this to be the case.​

I believe holding now is referred to by some as "opportunity cost". Of course this is all IMHO only.
