Yeah, I post on here about as often as my facebook.
A few quick thoughts
Short term:
Working idea bound to get eventual media/stock coverage - betting on the market buying into the idea/vision.
Milestones coming up - you never know when/if a stock will jump but you need skin in the game (See SFG as a recent example)
Enough cash on hand
Costs going to the right places
Ok with that vs medium-term risks of delays, housing market crash and delay in the industry taking on tech.
Longer term:
Australia's love affair with housing along with guaranteed population growth.
