The global recession will be before 2020.
But will not impact FBR.
A HX is not a discretionary expense like high quality milk is, or some fancy car.
The builders buying HXs in 2020 will be buying them to cut costs. They are not buying them to feel good about themselves or to look good to their mates.
Cutting costs is exactly what everyone tries to do in a recession. Those builders with the cash available will still buy or lease a HX. Those builders that do not have the cash and cannot buy a HX will go out of business as they will not be competitive.
