They will raise before the end of Jan 19 it will be irresponsible if they don't running the bank down from 40 million to just what less than 10 mill by then
Omg seriously they obviously will raise capital in the next 6 months in my view silly if they don't not sure if you believe so much in FBR why would you worry if they do a.CR
SURELY shoring up the bal sheet in the unlikely event CAT do not take up the options would make sense no?
