    ...... and people said Myer would breach theirs 12 months ago as well (of course they didn't) .... do people really think that any ASX listed company doesn't have good lawyers that vet all documentation / clauses and you guessed it - debt covenants ? Pfft

    ... and as others have said when the additional funds were requested the lender would have addressed these items in the process.... 10 points for trying though I guess ... "compelling" even one might say .... hehe
