in fact, nobody should care any less about the penalties... would only be a little over the existing interest as one could imagine and the lenders then risk being cut out from future business, as plenty of banks out there will be willing to lend to a company with healthy cash flows with lower interest rate once the sept sales are out. I reiterate - nobody, cares. I for one don't encourage the company to discuss this minor even using an ann. instead, the ONLY matter that everybody is looking for is the shipment - before that, any distractions are purely useless, at least for myself.
