$17 million interest on loan facility, and they've just taken an additional loan, so I'd expect this is increase in the next year, but by how much is concerning.

I can't understand the Transaction Fees number because it seems unbelievable.

Does this mean that AJM paid $24 million to a Bank for Finance Company just to transfer the money into the AJM account? Because that's what I understand by Transaction Fee at my bank. I can't believe a Bank would charge $24 million just to transfer money. I don't understand what is included in this Transaction Fee.
