    Here's my thoughts:
    - COB need to spend $5m in ground to fulfill stage 3 of the farm in agreement with BPL.
    - Add on about half a million a quarter operating costs ($2m by the time the BFS is delivered in 2020).
    - Decision to mine, $7.5m cash payment to BPL for 100% ownership.

    Not a matter of if but when. Do they wait until BFS is done?
