    Somaliland Vice President lays foundation stone for an ultra-modern office block for Energy Ministry

    The funds were availed by oil exploration companies namely RAKGAS , DNO, JACKA RESOURCES, GENEL, STERLING RESOURCES, all of whom have entered oil exploration and extraction contracts with Somaliland.
