A bit more detail would be an advantage, as they say "The devil's in the detail". Arena, costs associated with terminating the convertable notes, even though it was an expensive venture from the start and letting it go will mean less dilution to the Co., 15% of the remaining tranches has to be paid on termination sounds a bit rich and other associated costs.  What are the new options now to fund the LSSP, is there a new funding package or maybe a jv and or a cr, more detail please AG, what's the go with the Electra, mexico jv deposit, no detail again. 

In a previous report it's mentioned that " studies required for a commitment to constuction of a LSSP will be complete in the coming Q, i have been hearing this for years now, again devils in the detail, now that the Arena facility has been terminated and Oz not being favorable bc of R&D purposes(weak excuse), then what jurisdiction is favorable? why purchase more tenaments in Oz (Youanmi) if the processing plant isn't going to be built here?

What are the figures for the VSPC production and profitability when in production, what's the news on the samples? very vague AG.
