Nick185, URF’s NAV will be diluted because the share price is well below the NAV.
There are currently 376.8m shares on issue. The current NAV is $1.40 per unit or $528m.
URF closed today at $0.865. If the URFPA are converted today, there would be 237.1m new shares issued ($200m/$0.843375). Note that there is a 2.5% conversion discount.
Post conversion there would be 614.0m shares and an NAV of $728m. So the NAV per unit would fall to $1.185; a fall of 15%.
