I was bored over the weekend so I contacted 3 Chinese heavy mining machinery companies online. I asked them what the timeframe was from paying the deposit (30%) to machine ready for shipping. Collectively, they came up with the average figure of 30 working days. And a simple google search told me that to ship the machinery from China to Dakar (stopping at Bilbao, Spain) would take approximately 47 days. So my bet would be, seeing as we’re not far off the 30 working days until machines are ready, that we will be informed of the shipping date very soon, and the new, shiny crushers will be floating towards us.........
