10. Voting of shareholders at last year’s annual general meetingAt the 2018 AGM, 90% of the votes received supported the adoption of the remuneration report for the year ended 30 June2018. The Company did not receive any specific feedback at the AGM regarding its remuneration practices.

When will the shareholders wake up and vote against this profligacy of director fees, and especially the founder's entitlements!! I personally have a problem with the number of directors involved (seems too many), as well as CW gig, as it has evolved currently. But I guess, she has 155 million shares out of a total of about 1,100 million SOI, so has a reasonable sway.
Still, all shareholders should vote against the remuneration report this time around IMO. As well as, some "specific feedback" should be sent to the company at the AGM. C'mon people!
