grapheneme if you look at the announcements released to the market early July you will see that both GB and ColinMc both disposed of/reduced their holdings.
GB 1,890,000 @ $0.074 = $139,860 for personal tax liability.
CMc 1,500,000 @ $0.074 = $111,350 in order to offset personal tax obligations.

In relation to GB, maybe his additional $250,000 (1/4 million) Cash Bonus for the successful $10Mil cap raising back in march wasn't enough to cover his tax liability.
And as I said back around the time, you have to be careful once you start the red light flashing with the ATO, you never know what they might dig up. In relation to GB and CMc tax obligations, one could safely assume that they were for a prior period. imo caught out.
