A large Inferred Resource of dubious estimation validity, an Ore Reserve that is patently invalid with the passage of time (I was snakey on the thing in the first place), no mill and a bunch of ageing mining tenements that straddle an urban area. Refractory narrow vein ore with a decline of questionable utility. Unresolved ventilation. A twenty-year history of doing nothing. I don't think that'd stack up in court.
