Ann: Full Year Statutory Accounts, page-12

This post of mine only got one tick (compared to a similar which got a lot more) so probably didn't mislead anyone - but for the record - I did get a reply to an email from Leonard in which he correctly points out that there was an Appendix 3B relating to 3,000,000 fully paid shares - it was appended to an announcement Vesting and Lapsing of Performance Rights 12 July 2019.

I appreciated the reply from Leonard. I forgot to ask about the corporate governance statement (I think there is supposed to be one announced or referenced from the annual report annually) but personally feel that is less urgent whilst the company is showing a willingness to reply to small shareholders like myself.
