Interesting the PEA CFO took a base salary cut from 165k to 125k (2018 to 2019).

Your point re "exec remuneration" is noted. ZEN was $4.1 mill for 2019, with 47% performance based. PEA was $2.3 mill, but only 8.1% performance based. So they both run around $2 mill base. But it seems Zenith paid out another $2 mill in 'bonuses'. For sure you can argue that making the profit go from $7.8 mill to $5.8 mil for 'bonuses' is hefty.

My feeling is they are not outrageous. But 'almost'. I hope they will double the profit without change to the bonuses. But we will see.
