On top of that, they are still saying they control 142mw at Oktedi which is confirmed by a very credible source that this is not true, its only 70mw and they have zero control of any hydro.

I was getting around to saying the same thing Petersburg, I'm quite surprised at how high the KMP packages are

Note below how there was a huge backlash against them for last year. I can imagine it happening again. 43% voted against, that's massive
    4. Voting of Shareholders at last year’s annual general meeting. The FY2018 remuneration report received a positive shareholder support at the Company’s FY2018 AnnualGeneral Meeting with a vote of 56.69% in its favour. Following the 43.31% vote against the FY2018 remuneration report, Zenith Energy Limited Directors engaged with stakeholders and experts to address concerns. Resulting from these concerns, the newly appointed Board is currently reviewing the overall remuneration structure for its KMPs including the STI and LTI rewards to ensure the structure is commensurate with the positions held and best market practice.

in FY19 their pay packet is $4,089,239 (cash, STI, LTI) compared to their Net profit of $5.8m.

Thanks for the direct comparison with PEA too Petersburg.
This is subject to a vote again right?

you said "On top of that, they are still saying they control 142mw at Oktedi which is confirmed by a very credible source that this is not true, its only 70mw and they have zero control of any hydro. " we should put that to them to confirm too.

Danoff - I think its outrageous! But admittedly I'm not over how much is not outrageous.
Their key metrics, I found it hard to figure on page 14/68 how it's calculated - is it based on previous year? what hurdle rate do they have?
they don't give any working examples, just what the weighting is. Nor do they have penalties as far as I can do.

They got 100% of the STI and LTI bonuses - that would suggest that they have shot the lights out with their wonderful numbers and they achieved everything they hoped to achieve, but at the same time

"For FY2019, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee has not yet completed its deliberation on the actual amounts to be awarded under the STI and LTI plans."

maybe in recognition of the large vote against?
