This is the one of the major reason I'm not more keen on this stock and have only a small holding, I'm concerned that the executive are not aligned with us shareholders. They choose to pay themselves dividends via these bonuses rather than dividend to shareholders, to put in perspective their bonuses STI and LTI if was cash equate to 1.25c.
was there also something about a company loan to the directors for shares in the company? with the recent rights issue?
