The provision for doubtful debts is for Cortical if that's what you're referring to. This is clarified in a later announcement and is to be converted and paid out throughout the IPO process. This is covered in the IPO documents.
The company has a number of projects, and aren't a majority holder in Cortical.
The main game is PEP-11 but an IPO on Cortical would help with a cash injection and clean up the balance sheet.
I'm hoping for an update on the fund raise, and more so now that they have the manufacturing certification announced yesterday.
