    They resell Partner Licensees and software. Like when I get my IT person in and he puts Windows Professional 365 cross my office PC's or cloud seats. He resells me the Microsoft product with his margin. So when a partners' product is used in a consultancy solution, C10/Decipher works resells the product licence onto the client.
