IMHO,
Another carrot from management to SHs.
Nothing new then we already know.
No concrete deadlines on any of programs, all talk no substance.
No suitor for any deals so no partnership prospects in near future.
Cash of $6M is only positive as expenditures is low but in terms of current MC of $70M seems over valued, it’s trading on SHs sentiments not on company fundamentals and management’s track record ( which is pretty disappointing).
Good luck to SHs for another many months of uncertainty.
