I have a very vague (and probably false) recollection of hearing talk of a $20 margin on cassettes? I think this might have been from a presentation or interview? I don't think demand is going to be that price-elastic in the scheme of things. When you are paying thousands for an IVF treatment you are not going to squabble over a few bucks for something especially if it considered to be best practice.
