A lot of the report real estate seems to be taken up by the REM report, so thought I'd make a comment on this.
I'm reading into this as.. the lower the share price is +/- 5 days from the announcement of the company's statutory results, the better it is for our CEO (since it is fixed price at $200K p.a. for 3 years) as long as it is 15% up 1 year from now and another 15% up 2 years from now to meet the vesting conditions.
