    ESIA is often one of the last signoffs released in conjunction with the DFS. I might be reading into it too much but if they're expecting ESIA to be released later this year it stands to reason the DFS will accompany it. All of which won't occur until PSA and MIC are secured..

    There you have it folks my unsubstantiated year end deadline.
