the fact you dont respond to the consulting fees issue and instead default to the usual "but you arent a holder" speaks volumes.
Although I do understand - its impossible to defend this type of behavior from a registered company.
not sure how anyone else feels that the money - raised from CR's which all shareholders paid for - was/is being used as "consulting fees" for employees whom are already drawing a permanent salary !!
